Farfalle al Salmon
Prep time ½ hours Serves 4 people
Ingredients: ·
1 Lb Bow tie pasta ·
1 Pint Heavy Cream ·
½ Cup Grated Pecorino Romano Cheese ·
12 Oz Fresh Salmon, skinless filet ·
1 Cup Coppola’s marinara Sauce ·
¼ cup Chopped parsley
Instruction: ·
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place salmon in a casserole or glass Pyrex
dish and bake for 15 minutes. ·
In a skillet, warm the Marinara Sauce to a slow boil. Adjust the burner
to lowheat and
add cheese. Raise the heat on high. Once the mixture begins to
boil, whisk until mixture is smooth and creamy. ·
Flake of cooked salmon into bite sized pieces and place into sauce
mixture. Allow salmon to simmer for 2 minutes. Add in cooked bow tie
pasta and slowly mix with a wooden spoon being careful not to break up
salmon. ·
Place Farfalle al Salmon into pasta bowl and garnish with chopped parsley.
