Instruction:

In a 10 inch skillet, sauté onions & garlic with oil until translucent

Add ground beef, pork and parsley to onions and cook until all meat is
well browned.

Place meat mixture in mixing bowl, add, ricotta, eggs, ˝ jar of Coppola’s
Marinara Sauce, salt & pepper, grated Pecorino Romano Cheese and
mix thoroughly using a wooden spoon

Pour ˝ jar of Coppola’s Roasted Garlic Sauce on bottom of
a 8 inch by 12 inch by 4 inch disposable aluminum pan and spread evenly

Layer lasagna noodles on top of sauce. Top the layer of noodles with
half of filling mixture.

Layer lasagna noodles on top of filling mixture and top with ˝ jar of
Coppola’s Marinara Sauce

Top the layer of noodles and sauce with the remaining filling mixture.

Layer the remaining noodles on top of the filling mixture.

Pour out the remaining sauce on top of the layer of noodles. Sprinkle
the mozzarella cheese on top of the sauce.

Cover with aluminum foil and bake @325 for 1 hour.
