Our Marinara, our most popular and first sauce has been the base of most of our original Coppola Family Restaurant recipes. Marinara was introduced to the Hudson Valley in 1961.   The popularity and demand for this sauce prompted the family to begin bottling this product and in 1987 Coppola’s Marinara Sauce hit the supermarket shelves. The Marinara Sauce is based on an authentic recipe from a small town off the coast of Naples, known as Monte di Procida where the Coppola Family is originally from.  If you love a mild full flavored sauce, Marinara Sauce is right for you.  The slowly simmered premium tomatoes, with loads of fresh parsley, basil and garlic sautéed in extra virgin olive oil will make this Coppola Sauce a favorite in your family’s kitchen.
