In most Italian families there was always a friendly competition, when it came to food.   Zia Maria always thought that her meatballs were better than Zia Josephine.  Zio   Antonio thought that his homemade wine was definitely better than Zio Nunzio. Forget about Zia Teresa. Her ravioli’s were the best and no one questioned it.  The benefactors to all this competition?  The children. They got to taste all of it usually at the kitchen table but sometimes standing over the stove.  The more vague the answers, the more tasting they got to do.  So the questions raged on for years.   This new generation of Coppola’s is now sharing the knowledge, recipes and our love for preparing food to you!
