Sausage & Peppers
Prep time ¾ hours serves 4-6 people
Ingredients:

1 lb lean Italian sausage, sliced ½ inch
·
1 small onion, sliced thin
·
1 red bell pepper, sliced thin
·
1 jar Coppola’s Fra Diavolo Sauce
·
¼ cup extra virgin olive oil
Instructions:
·
Slowly heat oil in a 12 inch skillet. Add onions & peppers
and sauté until peppers are wilted & onions are transparent.
·
Add sausage slices and brown.
·
Add 1 jar of Coppola’s Fra Diavolo Sauce into the skillet.
·
Serve over pasta or in sub rolls. |
