Shrimp    Marinara
Prep Time ˝  Hour           Serves 4-6 people 

Ingredients:

  • 1 jar of Coppola’s Marinara Sauce
  • 1 pound linguine pasta
  • 1 pound large shrimp, raw, peeled and de-veined
  • ˝ cup of dry white wine

Instruction:

  • In a 12 inch skillet, bring Coppola’s Marinara
    sauce and wine to a simmer, add shrimp and cover.
    Simmer for 2 minutes, until shrimp are bright pink and cooked through.
 
  • Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain, place in serving bowls and top with shrimp marinara.
